Art Emporium

A collection of my own artworks. Mayhaps, I will find a different way to present my works much more creatively. It is quite boring to not find a way to display them in an out-of-the box fashion. But for now, enjoy!

Of Flowers That Dont Exist

Of Flowers That Don't Exist

To start off, I made this illustration for my android wallpaper to replace the one I got from Pinterest. I could not find the original artist, so I decided to take my own spin of the color schemes and techniques that I liked from that illustration and paint it on my sketchbook with shitty oil pastels and acrylic paint. This is one of my own traditional artworks that I'm geniunely proud of, despite the rough beginning of working with this piece.

My OC, Tradehiya

Tradehiya, The Girl from The Ballroom

I made the sketch of this a few months ago after a very vivid dream. Although I identify and dress masculinely, I ended up viewing a story from the perspective of a white haired girl in a bright prismatic dress attending a gala. There were multiple versions of her endings, and most of it were tragic. This was essentially a ground-hog day type of dream where she had to constantly re-do and find a better ending for herself and everyone. Despite the constant tragic deaths and having to let herself get killed to prevent disasters from happening, I admired her tenacity and eagerness to continue living and ending her title as the "Tragic Princess" (it was debatable on whether she was actual royalty.) She smiled and grit her teeth at the challenge like it was a game, even towards her murderer who hated every moment he had to kill her and hold her in his arms. She was deemed a "necessary tragedy" by the fates, but she was still happily determined to find her happy ending.

I made this for an edgy phone wallpaper and it didn't work

The Fuckin' Edgy Wallpaper Piece

Yeah, not my best traditional work. I can hear the complaints about being unable to read the text on the side. But honestly, perhaps it's better that way considering how cringe the lines were even as a loyal Hozier enjoyer. I used graphic elements that were significant to myself and this specific little character that I've imagined interacting with (that apparently a lot of people had interacted with in their dreams.) Again, this is done with a mix of acrylic paint and oil pastel. There are some obvious mistakes here and there, and I bet you'd have a fun time pointing them all out in this piece of work. I only really made this so I can confidently display my phone wallpaper without having to use pinterest. Feel free to call me an edgelord. Maybe one day, I'll create a better version of this.
